- Do I need to make a reservation?
Although we do not require reservations, we give priority to customers with reservations. We recommend that you make an appointment as soon as possible. Of course, even if you do not have an appointment, we will take care of you if there is room in the schedule.
- Can I nominate a manicurist?
ANDANTE has a nomination system. In addition to the nomination of a manicurist, you can also nominate a nail planner who has not only salon skills, but also high counseling skills to suit your fingertips.
- My nails came off quickly, can you fix them?
Post-treatment alterations are available free of charge during the following periods
Shellac: within 4 days of treatment
Gel: within 7 days from the date of treatment
Polish (manicure) is not covered by the warranty.
◆ About the Service Menu
- I have never been to a nail salon before, what kind of menu should I choose?
ANDANTE offers a set menu for first-time customers to enjoy. Care, color, gel, and design are available for both hand and foot. We will introduce you to a menu that meets your needs and the condition of your nails.
- What does nail care do?
The waste material around the nails and on the cuticles is removed, and the nails are prepared with nippers and gauze. Clean and trimmed nails will not only improve the color finish and the longevity of the nails, but also help them grow healthily. Although it varies from person to person, if nail care is continued once every two to three weeks, the nails will be reborn healthy and beautiful.
- How long will nail color stay beautiful?
It depends on the individual, but it takes about 1 week to 10 days; applying a topcoat every 3 to 4 days will help it to last longer. Nail dryness caused by air conditioning, typing on PCs or cell phones with fingernails, excessive use of water, and irritation by detergents are considered causes of nail color peeling off easily. We recommend using special gloves when working with water or shampooing.
- What is the difference between sculpture and gel?
Both are artificial nails, and both materials are acrylic resin, but the molecular bonds are different. In the case of sculpture, it is the bonding of monomer and polymer that hardens, while in the case of gel, it hardens in response to UV or LED light.
- How long will a sculpture last?
Although it varies from person to person, the root of the hair will start to float after about 2 to 3 weeks. It is necessary to remove the floating part and put new acrylic on the root. When removing the acrylic, it will be melted and removed at the salon with a special remover.
- How long will the gel last?
Although it varies from person to person, we recommend that you replace them after about 3 to 4 weeks, as the roots will start to grow. We recommend that you remove all of the hair and then reattach it.
- What should I do when I want to remove (take off) a gel or sculpture?
It can be removed by dissolving with a special remover. Forcible removal at home may cause damage to your nails, so we recommend that you have your nails removed at a professional salon.
- Can you remove gels and other products that have been applied at other stores?
We will also remove gels that have been applied at other stores. However, if you have special nails, we may not be able to remove the gel, so please consult our staff.
- Can you also do bridal nails?
We have many bridal customers. If you would like a design that matches your dress or bouquet, it would be easier to match the image if you bring a picture of your dress. We also offer a variety of treatments not only for nails but also for the entire skin, so that you can prepare for the big day.
